PHILOSOPHY

Live Life Epic is a state of mind. You wake up, you decide what you are going to do today to live your life epic. Try something new, do something scary, smile – a lot. That’s living Epic! What you do to be Epic is up to you, and is different for everyone. The common goal is to live your life without fear, to challenge yourself always and most of all, say yes to every opportunity. Eat the grasshopper, jump out of the plane, get peed on by a monkey. That’s Epic!

Have an Epic day!

The word Epic is definitely overused. The word originated from the Greek word epikos, referring to a song or story. Eventually its meaning evolved into the noun epic, in reference to a poem or story detailing the heroic deeds of a person, nation or culture. Now EPIC! is most often used as an adjective, synonymous with “awesome” and “cool”. For our purposes we will use the word Epic in reference to you thinking of your life as a story. This story will detail your life as you would like it told by future generations – a life that was bold, adventurous, sometimes heroic and most definitely – AWESOME.

Travel

My husband and I love to travel. And we really love to travel on two wheels. Being detailed oriented and analytical by nature, we also like to have detailed routes for our travels. Sure, part of the fun is taking the unmarked road and heading to “who knows where on whatchamacallit road”, but we also want to make sure we don’t accidentally take “ho hum avenue” instead of “holy cr*p forestry road”. We have mapped out some of our favourite rides, routes, places to stay and eat, and things to do to help you on your adventure!
